Fifteen Years in the Making

For 15 years, we were part of a traditional industry that believed the newest product or the strongest material was the answer to every challenge — until we realized the real problem was the absence of a system, and started asking clients what result they were actually trying to achieve.

That's why we built integrated operating systems to serve as the institution's mind: reading reality, connecting capabilities, and guiding execution on the ground with precision.

Today, we don't sell products — we've built an institution that thinks, and creates real, measurable value for a sustainable future.

Surfaces Care leadership in motion

A Message From Our Chairman

Since founding Surfaces Care, our goal was never to be just another company in the hygiene market, and our ambition was never to be measured by how many products we supply or how much we sell. The question that has guided our journey from day one has always been deeper:

How can organizations achieve better operational results in a way that is sustainable and measurable?

That question became the foundation our philosophy was built on, the compass that guided our decisions, and the outline of the future we're building.

The hygiene industry has seen real progress in products, equipment, and technology — yet many organizations still face the same recurring challenges: inconsistent execution quality, operational inefficiency, rising costs, and results that don't hold. Through our own experience, we came to understand that these challenges aren't caused by a shortage of products, but by the absence of systems that govern how those products are used and connect them to operational goals.

That is where our vision came from: to shift the industry's focus from tools to systems, and from selling products to enabling results.

This isn't a conventional business plan — it's an institutional philosophy that guides every decision and investment we make. It affirms that real value isn't created when a product is delivered, but when a client's performance improves, their costs go down, their operations become more stable, and knowledge turns into measurable results.

It also reflects our commitment to building an institution grounded in knowledge — one that invests in designing systems, develops institutional capability, and builds long-term partnerships based on real impact, not just transactions.

We recognize that achieving this vision is a long journey of learning, development, and innovation. That's why we treat our philosophy as a living reference that guides our work and keeps every initiative and program aligned with our long-term purpose and vision.

In the end, our success won't be measured by what we write on a page, but by the impact we create within the organizations we work with — and by our ability to help raise the standards of the hygiene industry and enable our clients to achieve more efficient, more sustainable results.

This is a responsibility we hold, a journey we believe in, and a future we are building.

Vision, Purpose & Mission

Vision

To be the regional reference in designing, developing, and enabling operational hygiene systems — helping organizations achieve measurable, more efficient, and more sustainable operational results.

Purpose

Enabling organizations to achieve better operational results through practical systems that make quality more stable, costs more efficient, and decisions clearer.

Mission

We design, develop, and deliver integrated solutions that help organizations improve operational performance through knowledge, systems, products, and services.

The Twelve Strategic Principles

01

Results Before Products

The value of what we offer isn't measured by how many products we sell, but by the operational impact we help our clients achieve.

02

Systems Before Tools

Tools execute, but systems are what drive execution and ensure results endure.

03

Knowledge Before Decisions

Every decision must rest on documented knowledge, reliable data, and a clear understanding of the operating environment.

04

Requirements Before Solutions

No solution is designed before the real operational need and performance requirements are understood.

05

Standards Before Brands

Products and tools are chosen for their ability to meet requirements and standards — not for their brand name.

06

Value Before Revenue

We focus on creating sustainable value for the client, because revenue is a result of value, not a substitute for it.

07

Partnership Before Supply

We build long-term relationships based on improving performance, not on repeated sales transactions.

08

Continuous Improvement

Every system, capability, product, and service must be open to ongoing review and development.

09

Measurement Before Claims

No result counts as an achievement unless it can be measured, verified, and compared.

10

Institution Before Individual

Capabilities are built within the organization, so success depends on stable, lasting systems — not specific people.

11

Sustainability Before Speed

We prefer building solutions that can last and scale over short-term gains that can't be sustained.

12

Purposeful Innovation

Innovation isn't measured by the number of new ideas, but by its ability to improve performance, lower costs, raise quality, or create real value.

What We Won't Do

  • We won't sell a product just because there's demand for it if it doesn't add real value.
  • We won't add a brand that doesn't complete the ecosystem.
  • We won't develop a service that doesn't serve a clear operational purpose.
  • We won't make a recommendation we can't justify technically and operationally.
  • We won't sacrifice system quality for short-term gain.
